Check in between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. In case of delay please give us a phone call.

Check out until 10 a.m.

When you make a booking, we ask for a deposit of 150 euro.

You can pay the whole amount in advance through a banktransfer if you want, but it´s also ok to pay cash when you are here.

We will send you the bank Details in the boking proces.

For breakfast you can order fresh bread and rolls with us.

Next to that we can also offer you biological products from our farm: milk, eggs, butter, Cottage cheese, yoghurt and marmelade.

Kids are very welcome on our farm. For our Little guests we have a childrens bed and childs seat.

A playground with a swing, sandbox with toys, pedal tractors and lots more…

You can visit the animals on the farm anytime and in summer you can also visit the cattle on the alpine pasture.

Local taxes of 1,50 euros per adult per day are setted seperate.

Your car can park under our Carport.

Our farm is a complet non Smoking area. You can smoke on your balkony or in the garden.

For your ski Equipment we have a cellar where you can Keep your skies, for your shoes there is a shoes dryer in the cellar.

If for some reason you have to cancel your Reservation we will Charge you according to the Austrian Hotel cancellation rules:
Upon 3 month before your arrivaldate there will be no charges, upon 1 month before arrivaldate you have to pay 40% of the bookingcosts, upon a week before Arrival 70% and a cancallation in the last week before your arrivaldate is charged with 90% of the bookingcosts.

Bed clothes and towels are included.

In all apartments you can use the free WiFi.
